I decided to write about this after one of my dear friends had a problem with her hosting company. Her small business relies heavily on communicating with prospect through her company’s website. She has all her marketing materials directing prospects to her website and email. She noticed the problem when she realized that something was wrong with emails.

Here are the busy times again. Many businesses must have already started preparing for the hectic days ahead to increase their shares in the increasing shopping volume during the holiday shopping period. Hurry up! There is a lot of promotion and marketing to do.

This week’s list is shorter.

For an ecommerce startup, the most mysterious piece of the puzzle is probably online payment processing. Even though we don’t exactly know what goes on behind the scene, we are familiar with credit card machines that are used all the time in retail stores. This is a little easier to grasp than an online payment transaction where there is no credit card swiping machine and where the seller and buyer don’t really see each other.
